Washington, DC has proposed new food truck regulations. But powerful special interest groups are trying to severely restrict where and how District diners can enjoy food trucks - or worse yet, impose restrictions on our operations that would make it impossible to stay in business!
We support the proposed new vending regulations and are asking you to support them too. Overall, the proposed new rules are an important improvement over the current regulations. However, the proposed rules also contain regulations that need to be addressed to ensure that they do not threaten these new and innovative small businesses.
